Leland Yee, the Senator that decided that violent videogames were so dangerous to society that he needed to propose a law that banned selling them to minors, was arrested recently for weapons trafficking. He was buying shoulder-mounted rocket launchers from an extremist Islamic group and accidentally sold them to a member of the FBI. I mean, thank God he doesn't play videogames or he might have really become a threat to society.

Wer Battle for Wesnoth noch nicht gespielt hat, sollte mal reinspielen. Es lohnt sich.
Aktuell ist die Version 1.6.5. Ich spiele es seit fast fünf Jahren immer wieder, der Suchtfaktor durch das Hochleveln der liebevoll gestalteten Einheiten und die möglichkeit sie von Mission zu Mission mitzunehmen ist ernst zu nehmen!
Ganz großer Spaß für Hexfeld-Strategen.
Wer Battle for Wesnoth noch nicht gespielt hat, sollte mal reinspielen. Es lohnt sich.
Aktuell ist die Version 1.6.5. Ich spiele es seit fast fünf Jahren immer wieder, der Suchtfaktor durch das Hochleveln der liebevoll gestalteten Einheiten und die möglichkeit sie von Mission zu Mission mitzunehmen ist ernst zu nehmen!

Out of curiosity I looked up the developers and they are actually German which surprised me because I heard that if you even mention the Nazis in Germany the government comes over and sets your house on fire. Between this and Valkyria Chronicles, what is it with all the World War II games being developed by the axis forces? What is this, community service?

Wesnoth kann ich auch sehr empfehlen. Hab das glaub ich vor zwei Jahren kennengelernt und viel Zeit damit verbracht.
Zu Red Faction schreibt der PCG-Tester, dass das Zerstörungs-Feature zwar viel Spaß macht, der Rest aber nur Mittelmaß ist. Dazu ist die Hardware-Optimierung auf dem PC wohl nicht so gelungen und die Framerate bricht öfter ein, wenn man keine absolute High-End-Maschine hat.
Auch bei FIFA 10 wird übrigens betont, dass die Konsolenversion mal wieder viel besser als die PC-Konvertierung ist. Ansonsten ist das aber mal ein erfreulich hochwertiger Monat. Gerade diese Batman-Teil muss ja der Hammer sein. Sogar Zero Punctuation hat es gelobt und das will was heißen.
@Tez: Immer her mit den GS-Wertungen.
