The Federation of Fraggetia is a tiny, socially progressive nation, notable for its complete lack of prisons. Its compassionate, hard-working, intelligent population of 5 million enjoy a sensible mix of personal and economic freedoms, while the political process is open and the people's right to vote held sacrosanct.

The medium-sized government devotes most of its attentions to Social Welfare, with areas such as Law & Order and Religion & Spirituality receiving almost no funds by comparison. The average income tax rate is 18%. A healthy private sector is led by the Book Publishing, Uranium Mining, and Basket Weaving industries.

Crime is moderate, probably because of the country's utter lack of prisons. Fraggetia's national animal is the Pig and its currency is the Pluengi.

The Nomadic Peoples of Formenos is a small, safe nation, notable for its devotion to social welfare. Its hard-nosed, cynical population of 12 million are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."

The government -- a sprawling, bureaucracy-choked, corrupt, socially-minded morass -- concentrates mainly on Social Welfare, although Healthcare and Education are on the agenda. The average income tax rate is 43%, but much higher for the wealthy. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Trout Farming.

Organ donation rates have hit a new low, nudity is frowned upon, organ donation is compulsory, and political parties are banned from advertising and receiving private donations. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, despite the fact that it is difficult to make it through a day without breaking one of the country's many laws. Formenos's national animal is the Warthog, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the rubel.
