He was buying shoulder-mounted rocket launchers from an extremist Islamic group and accidentally sold them to a member of the FBI. Out of curiosity I looked up the developers and they are actually German which surprised me because I heard that if you even mention the Nazis in Germany the government comes over and sets your house on fire.
