Endlich mal (wieder?) ein Spiel für das es sich lohnt einen Wii zu besitzen.
Allerdings spiele ich mit Classic Controller und frage mich wie genial dieses Spiel auf PS360 gewesen wäre, obwohl es für Wii natürlich unglaublich gut aussieht. ( Wenn man mal über die hässlichen Figurenmodelle hinwegsehen kann.

Ich bin ja erstmal scharf auf Zelda. Und Pandora's Tower. Aber von Xenoblade hört man auch viel Gutes. Bin zwar nicht so der JRPG-Fan, aber vielleicht guck ich mir das mal an.

Zelda juckt mich nulle, die letzten Zeldas die ich gespielt habe waren alle grottig, die Grafik des neuen sieht übel aus und die Kleinkinderstory die einem da vermutlich wieder aufgetischt wird kann ich auch nicht mehr ertragen. Aber XC solltest du echt eine Chance geben, zumal die alles eliminiert haben was ansonsten an JRPGs so nervt. Man kann jederzeit speichern (außer in den Kämpfen), es gibt sinnvolle Checkpunkte, eine Schnellreisefunktion und wenn man mal stirbt wird man automatisch ohne Abzüge an den nächsten Checkpunkt gesetzt. Es kann also fast kein Frust aufkommen.

Hm, grottig? Twilight Princess wirkte zwar ein bisschen zu sehr wie ein Abklatsch von Ocarina of Time, war aber keineswegs schlecht. Skyward Sword dürfte dank MotionPlus-Unterstützung einiges anders machen und wieder frischer rüberkommen. Die DS-Teile hab ich nicht gespielt, aber Skyward Sword sieht doch immerhin nicht so kindisch aus wie die. Eine gewisse Märchenhaftigkeit gehört bei Zelda aber dazu.

Zelda TP war einfach ein einfallsloser Abklatsch von OoT, ich fand das schrecklich uninspiriert, die Welt war abseits der Story völlig leer und die Bosse waren völlig ohne jede Herausforderung, ich bin bei denen nicht einmal gestorben und nur bei einem habe ich mal eine Fee benutzt, was sich im nachhinein aber auch als unnötig erwiesen hat. Es war natürlich nicht aktiv schlecht, aber wenn man Oot gespielt hat hätte man auch nicht viel verpaßt wenn man es ausgelassen hätte. Windwaker war schön, aber ab der Hälfte mit nervigen Aufgaben und Spielzeitstreckung eine Frechheit, und die beiden DS Teile haben irgendwann ab der Mitte auch nur tierisch genervt, die Story von Spirit Tracks war zudem an Peinlichkeit nur schwer zu toppen und ist für Leute jenseits der 8 Jahre kaum zu ertragen, dummerweise ist das Spiel für diese Klientel viel zu schwierig und die Rätsel nervig und die Bosskämpfe teilweise zu fummelig. Einer der letzten Bosse verdient das Prädikat "übelster Bosskampf der letzten 5 Jahre" dabei ist er vom Prinzip her noch einer der Einfallsreicheren. Als Handheldspiel ist es dann sowieso völlig unbrauchbar, wenn man im Hauptdungeon speichert fängt man wieder ganz am Eingang des Turmes an und muß erstmal den Turm wieder ganz hoch zum jeweiligen Eingang laufen (was bei den letzten Abschnitten mal gut über eine Minute dauert) und dann vieles neu machen was man schon absolviert hat. (Beispielsweise laufen in jedem Abschnitt 3 Phantomkrieger herum die man nur besiegen kann wenn man vorher drei Tropfen sammelt. Diese 3 Tropfen muß man bei jedem Neustart wieder aufs neue sammeln.
Das letzte Dungeon ist dabei so verzwickt daß ich selbst mit gelegentlichem Nachschauen in die Komplettlösung gut 2 Stunden gebraucht habe. Eine einzige Katastrophe, miesestes Zelda aller zeiten, vermutlich sind sogar die 3DO Gurken besser als das.
Die Serie hat sich einfach überlebt, Story und Präsentation sind einfach irgendwo in den 90ern hängengeblieben, immer die gleichen Items und Rätsel, die Formel wird gnadenlos durchgezogen und immer wieder aufgewärmt und jetzt traut sich keiner mehr dem Spiel mal eine gründliche Generalüberholung zukommen zu lassen die die Serie ins Jahr 2011 katapultiert. Das wird bei Skyward Sword sicher keinen deut besser werden.
